1-800-TruckWreck, powered by Witherite Law Group, was featured in Citybiz for its “Making a Difference” Scholarship program recognizing students at South Atlanta High School.
In 2025, the program awarded $222,500 in scholarships to 89 graduating seniors, marking the largest group of recipients in the school’s history. Each student received a $2,500 scholarship to support their continued education and future goals, with scholarships renewable for students who meet academic requirements.
Created in 2014, the “Making a Difference” Scholarship program provides financial assistance to students who have demonstrated leadership in their schools and communities. Since its inception, the initiative has awarded nearly $2 million in scholarships across Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas, helping expand access to higher education and long-term opportunities for hundreds of students.
In addition to financial support, the program also provides resources to help students prepare for life after graduation, including access to professional attire for college tours and interviews. These efforts are designed to support students beyond the classroom and set them up for long-term success.
