Over $127,000 in Scholarships to Dunbar High School Students

Witherite Law Group and 1-800-TruckWreck awarded $127,500 in scholarships to 51 graduating seniors from Fort Worth’s Dunbar High School during their annual “Making a Difference” Scholarship event. Every Dunbar student who applied received a scholarship, marking a continued legacy of investment in education and community impact.

The $2,500 scholarships are renewable and have supported students in fields ranging from nursing to aviation since the program began in 2014. Amy Witherite was also recognized by the Fort Worth Police Department with the Unsung Hero Award for her dedication to service and education.
