Michael works as a negotiator for Eberstein & Witherite and diligently represents our clients and their cases in order to obtain fair settlements for them. He is always uncovering facts to the insurance adjusters to make them aware of the disruption to our clients lives caused by the negligence of their insured. Michael never allows the insurance adjusters to brush off important information but rather makes certain that our clients are being fairly compensated. Michael has been involved in helping people in personal injury law for seventeen years with extensive experience in all aspects of investigation and submission of claims. His ability to focus on the facts of the case and the extent of the injuries to our clients yields results our clients expect and appreciate. His many years of experience in this business give him the knowledge to understand when a case needs to go to litigation and he does not hesitate to send the files to our award winning litigation department.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he is happily married to his wonderful wife of 34years, Carolyn. Together they have five children and eight grand-children and they are all truly GRAND. Michael and Carolyn enjoy attending and serving at Lake Pointe Church in Mesquite and camping and riding motorcycles with family and friends. His passion is motorcycles and has been for many years. Michael’s wife considers it an addiction while he contends riding keeps him young, at least at heart.
Michael’s younger days were spent serving his country, first in the Marine Corps for 4 years and after college a 4 year enlistment in the Navy. He has 2 sons that have chosen the same path and have made careers of the Army of which he is very proud. Michael’s third son owns his own business, and his two daughters are in education.
Michael considers family his success and the love and respect that is shown to each other speaks volumes for how proud they have made him and his wife.
